Say It.

40 minutes · one-to-one · online · facilitation optional

What’s unsaid builds up, creating a pressure that is uncomfortable yet compelling, seducing thinking into an endless internal repetition of what needs to be spoken but isn’t.

For when …

For when you’re nervous about what’s coming, or struggling with regret and what should have been.

For when your friends aren’t available, aren’t interested, or it’s a topic you don’t want anyone to know about.

For when you’re preoccupied with a person, a situation, a mistake you know you should stop thinking about but can’t.

Speak the words,
tell the story.
What this is

One session won’t fix you or undo long established thought loops. But there’s a real difference between saying something to yourself and saying it out loud to another person who’s there to listen to you. That’s what Say It sessions are for.

A 40-minute session to share whatever is on your mind. There won’t be any advice given and definitely no diagnoses, explanations or even hints of them. The session starts with careful listening and understanding what is going on for you and the impact it’s having on your life.

It’s your time.

You might just want to tell the story, but if you want to start releasing it, we’ll use a simple, elegant process to disentangle what’s getting stuck. The process is the Sedona Method and it’s been around for over five decades.

"Sally is such a skilled and insightful facilitator. Her calm manner and soothing voice give me a deep feeling that I can trust her completely."

After the session
  • Access to a downloadable library of processes to use whenever you need them. No ads, no interruptions.
  • A short follow-up email with three questions — what landed, how you felt immediately, and what shifted in the 24 hours after.
  • Once we’ve worked together, it’s easy to schedule a session before something specific — an interview, a difficult conversation, anything with a date attached.
